We welcome with open arms sparkling new talents and seasoned captains of industry, as well as those who fall somewhere in between. The majority of our members do work in the worlds of arts and media (or have an active interest) but we rate personality above profession.

Integrity and authenticity are our watchwords, and members enjoy a familiar trusting relationship with our long-term staff. We keep our media profile low; this suits us and our members.

Above all, our members are a quirky and discerning bunch who appreciate the Union’s traditional and subtle style.

BEFORE APPLYING

You will be asked to provide a proposer from within our current active membership – if you do not know any current members please drop us a line and we will see what we can do!

You can select your own desired start date; however please do leave at least a few days so that we have time to review your application.

Reciprocal Clubs

Please email any reservation requests you need to access the following clubs, and we will make your introductions. Please give us at least 48 hours notice. Most Clubs allow up to 12 visits a year, with three guests.

Our membership fees

Club membership – £750 per annum / £65 per month (+ £100 joining fee*)

Under 35s / Out of Town** membership – £550 per annum / £50 per month (+ £50 joining fee*)

Joint membership – £1100 per annum / or £95 per month (+ £100 joining fee*)

Corporate membership (minimum of three members) – please contact membership

* £100 joining fee is payable on all memberships on first year of membership
**Out of Town membership is for those whose primary residence is more than 50 miles from the Club.
