Come along for a ninety minute session hosted by our very own mistress-of-mixology (I know how embarrassing that sounds but couldn’t resist) Molly Coyles.
Each lesson will have a different theme, starting with… the Negroni. Molly will demonstrate how to create the cocktail in question, whilst chatting about the most important considerations with regards ingredients, techniques and twists.
It’ll be hands-on learning and will finish up with everyone mixing their own Negroni – whether that’s a by-the-book or an individual version tailored to you and no-one else.
You’ll learn something, you’ll get to spend time with other members and the amazing Molly, you’ll enjoy a drink (we’ll make sure it’s not a disaster…) and while I appreciate it’s hard to guarantee a good time… I think would be a very safe bet.
£15 per person, ‘cocktail class’ runs 7 – 8.30 pm, which means there’s still time for a supper at the Club afterwards…
