COCKTAILS WITH COSMIN: Whisky Business Part 1 – The British Isles

Join us on 7th March for a deep dive into the world of whisky, focusing on the finest malts and blends from across the British Isles.*

This isn’t your average whisky tasting – we’ll be getting hands-on.

Our expert mixologist Cosmin will guide you through the creation of four distinct whisky cocktails, showcasing the versatility of this incredible spirit. We’ll be exploring the ins and outs of:

• Single Malt: Enjoyed simply on the rocks with a touch of water to unlock all the complex flavours we love so much
• Peaty: Experience the smoky depths of a modern classic, the Penicillin
• Blend: Discover the perfect balance of a Rusty Nail
• Irish: Taste the refreshing zest of a classic Irish Sour, just in time to play bartender at your Paddy’s day get-togethers

Cosmin will share insights into the history and production of each whisky, as well as the techniques behind crafting the perfect cocktail. You’ll get to sample each of the featured drinks and learn the secrets to recreating them at home.
